Ned Segal, directorul financiar Twitter, a declarat în timpul unei emisiuni televizate de la CNBC, că e luată în calcul posibilitatea de a-și plăti angajații în bitcoin.
„We have thought a lot from the beginning to consider how we could pay employees if they ask to be paid in Bitcoin, how we could pay a provider if they request to be paid in Bitcoin, and if we need to have Bitcoin on our balance sheet”, a declarat Segal.
Declarația lui Ned Segal poate lăsa să se înțeleagă că există intenția din partea companiei de a investi în Bitcoin, urmând exemplul Tesla.
